The personal data that Adriaensen Specialty Nursery Processes obtains directly from the people concerned and/or through the use of the website (e.g. IP address).
The personal data that are processed do not contain sensitive personal data.
Through its own account page on the website, under section "GDRP personal data", each user always has the possibility to consult his/her personal data.
2. USE
The data are used for the execution of the agreement, i.e. the provision of services and related invoicing, in order to comply with all contractual and legal obligations.
In addition Adriaensen Specialty Game Store also reserves the right to use your data for direct marketing purposes, e.g. by sending general newsletters, sending product information and announcements, whereby Adriaensen Specialty Game Store invokes its justified commercial interest regarding.
Should you not (or no longer) wish to receive such messages, a simple message to Bestelling@adriaensen-speciaalzaak.be is sufficient.
Your details will obviously never be shared with third parties.
3. CUSTODY
Your data will be kept for the periods required by law and for as long as we deem necessary to provide you with a smooth service and/or to comply with our own legal and contractual obligations.
4. YOUR RIGHTS SET OUT...
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data.
In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Adriaensen Special Shop Parlour Games and you have the right to data portability.
