Secret Night at Davis Manor 2nd Edition

Year 1928, England. After a period of scarcity following World War I, Europe experiences a period of artistic and economic splendor. Several influential figures from the world stage attend the big dinner at Davis Manor (York).

After a recent robbery at the police station, the most wanted thief is suspected of going to the dinner in search of the hidden loot. He never acts alone, usually accompanied by an accomplice. The police have received the classification and will come with undercover detectives to support the chief inspector.

Characters will use their skills, attraction, lies and eloquence to try to achieve their goals. It is a unique opportunity, anything can happen on the secret night.

Game Overview:

All players are assigned a role (team): police or thieves. Whoever receives the “boss” of the team will keep their letter in plain sight. Everyone else will keep their roles hidden.

Thieves must escape with the money in the car, motorcycle or boat. The more thieves and more money cards on the run win, the more points they will earn.

Police must stop thieves with the handcuff card to score points on the bar and untie the thieves.

During your turn you can interact in many ways: push, swap, steal cards from an enemy, keep a conversation secret (literally) or take a card from a room and leave another hidden for use afterwards or placed for a henchman. It is a game of strategy and interaction.

Game duration is limited to 9 hours (rounds), 10-15 minutes per player.

Note: Once stopped, killed or escaped, you are not removed from the game, you reappear on your team's side (with your role revealed).
